Application

The cab is an important part of lifting and transportation machinery to ensure the operator's safe operation. It is widely used in various hoisting and transportation machinery, such as container crane, ship unloader, tire port portal crane, floating crane, quayside container gantry crane, ship loader, metallurgical bridge crane, general bridge crane and tower crane.

Features

  The crane cab shall be ventilated, warm and rainproof. When the temperature in the cab is lower than 5 ℃, the non open fire heating device shall be installed; when the temperature in the cab is higher than 35 ℃, the anti heat ventilation device shall be installed.

  The crane cab must have a good view. For all working conditions of tower crane, the driver should always be able to observe the movement of lifting hook, lifting object and boom, and observe the surrounding conditions conveniently without external obstacles.

  The crane cab shall be provided with sufficient lighting and soft light. The internal layout shall ensure enough activity space for easy operation and maintenance. Meanwhile, the cab shall be equipped with seats.

1. The cold-rolled steel plate processed by CNC machine tool is assembled after bending, with flat shape and high strength
2. The window is made of 5mm tempered glass with transparency no less than 80%. There is a bottom window in the cab.
3. The floor is made of 3mm detachable steel plate, and the control pipeline is provided with anti-wear treatment
