To install LX underhung single girder overhead crane smoothly, and make it work safely and orderly, it must be planned, organized, and have step-by-step construction. To help each operator do a good job and be handy, we designed the following construction program below for you to look over.
The LX underhung crane lifting capacity Q = 3 tons, span L = 13.5 m, lifting height H = 9 m, and the trolley traveling speed is 20 m / min.
1). Installation site selection
The installation site should have enough area to meet the needs of the installation of turning and lifting, the site should have a power supply to be ready to connect the welder and other power tools.
2). Preparation of equipment and tools
This work requires 2 sets of welding machines, 2 sets of oxygen acetylene, 2 sets of hand-operated hoists, a matting ladder and spreader, and a crane, which Party A provides.
3). Preparation of materials
The rails, pressure plate, plywood, bolts, plates used for making car gears as well as materials and welding rods used for sliding wires used for this project shall be prepared in full according to the actual amount needed.
4). Personnel arrangement
Personnel participating in this project: 2 electricians, 2 clampers, 2 welders, 2 starters, 1 person in charge of safety.
Participate in this phase of the project construction personnel strictly abide by the safety regulations for each type of work to carry out construction, prohibit unauthorized work.
1). The installation of the track: * first clean up the scene, traveling cement bear rail beam foundation for acceptance. Finding level, line. Rail checking and straightening, track on the position, rail joints of the coupling, find the right reinforcement, measurement and inspection, leveling, straightening. Car file making and installation, the installation standard of rail should be in line with TJ231-78 “mechanical equipment installation project construction acceptance specification” of the provisions of the standard, the full travel * high point and * low point difference is not greater than 10 mm, joints of the left, right, on the three sides of the offset are not greater than 1 mm, joint gap is not greater than 2 mm, span deviation should not be greater than 5 mm, the same span of the elevation of the two parallel rails of the relative difference between the columns in The relative difference in elevation between two parallel tracks of the same span should not be greater than 5 mm in the column, 10 mm in the column, and 15 mm in the other places.
2). Installation of sliding line
The contact surface of the sliding line should be flat, straight, no corrosion, good conductivity, proper installation, in the expansion joints across the building, there should be a compensation device. Power supply sliding line in the non-conductive contact surface painted red, and in the appropriate location of the device safety signs or indicators indicating charged. If the installation of safety slide line should be straight, conductive, and good, such as the use of flexible cable power supply, line number to meet the requirements, set the tow rope.
3). Crane bridge installation erection
Before installation should be entrusted with the installation unit and the manufacturing unit’s representative to open the box together, in accordance with the random packing, counting, checking the delivery of goods and the number of parts listed in the packing list is consistent with the number of randomized documents whether or not, checking is complete, make a record of the tripartite representative to sign on the spot, the assembly and erection of bridges to participate in the construction of the construction personnel to strictly abide by the safety of each type of work procedures, prohibit violation of the law!
Crane assembly, the bridge should be placed on the pad according to the working position, fixed firmly, and then assembled end beams, measuring the diagonal difference, should not be greater than 5 mm, the span should not be greater than 3 mm, complete in line with the provisions of the assembly of electric hoists, trolley running gap should not be greater than 5 mm, after the assembly of the maneuvering room.
4). Electrical installation
Before installation, you should familiarize yourself with the electrical schematic diagrams, wiring diagrams, electrical diagrams and related technical information in detail, and understand the operating principle and the role of each component. In order to * sure installation and quickly deal with the problems arising in the installation process. Check the electrical components and motor edge resistance to ground should not be less than 0.8 megohm. In the humid environment should not be less than 0.4 megohm, check whether the lines are correct, to determine no error rate before power test run. During the test run, check whether the running direction is consistent, whether the travel switch meets the required direction, whether the upper and lower power-off limiters are safe*. Each safety device * must be * qualified before lifting erection, in the process of lifting, strictly comply with the safety regulations, strictly prohibit unauthorized operation.
