•  Safety: The shell of the power supply sliding contact line is made of engineering plastics with high insulation performance. Maintenance

In order to ensure the normal operation of the Seamless slide wire and prolong its service life, after the Seamless slide wire is put into operation, it should be regularly inspected and repaired.

• Electric brush: It should be checked every 1-3 months according to the usage of mobile electrical equipment. Focus on checking the wear of the collector brushes. If the wear is greater than or equal to 5mm, it must be replaced. If the brushes are found to be loose or worn out during the inspection, the cause should be found out and dealt with in time.
•  Collector: Check at least once every quarter. Focus on checking the fasteners for looseness, displacement, and wear of plastic parts and movable parts, and check the spring tension (the contact pressure between the collector brush and the guide rail should be maintained at a certain pressure (see the table below). If any problems are found, deal with them in time.
• Connecting parts: check at least once a year. Focus on checking whether the fastening bolts, welds, and supporting parts are loose, corroded, or displaced. If any problems are found, deal with them in time.
•  Daily inspection: Check the track for obvious deviation (greater than 20mm), misalignment, whether the insulation protection part falls off, breaks, or breaks, whether the stainless steel “v” groove is lifted; whether there is foreign matter on the track And conductive dust, etc. If necessary, check whether the insulation resistance meets the requirements (phase-to-phase insulation resistance should be ≥5MΩ).

Especially for the environment with large deviations of the driving track coincidence, gauge, inclination, frequent use, excessive dust in the workshop, high temperature, water, acid, alkali, fog, and outdoor use, it is necessary to strengthen daily inspection and maintenance.
