The electric single-girder eot crane uses a fixed electric hoist installed on the main beam of the eot crane as the operating mechanism of the trolley. The LD type electric single-girder bridge crane adopts a three-girder structure. The main beam and end beam are connected to the end beam through high-strength bolts. Buffer blocks are provided on both sides of the main beam to prevent the running mechanism from reaching the extreme position.

The operating mechanism of the LD electric single-girder eot crane adopts four-wheel drive. The drive motors are two conical brake motors. The number of driving wheels is half of the total number of wheels.
The work of each mechanism of the LD electric single-girder bridge crane is controlled by the ground control button box. The ground control button box works with electronic control equipment to start, change direction, and brake. The electronic control system ensures that the ground control button box operated by the steering mechanism of the cart can make the motor start and brake smoothly, whether it is reversing or lifting. When the ground control button box changes from running to lifting (lifting to steering), it should first stop running. Improve the operating performance and operating indicators of the crane, shorten the start-up time of electrical equipment, and improve the electrical life and reliability of the electric single-girder bridge crane.
The main circuit and control circuit voltage of the ground crane electrical system is 380V and the frequency is 50HZ.
Operating conditions of electronic control equipment
(1) Altitude below 2000 meters
(2) The ambient temperature shall not be higher than +40℃ and not lower than -25℃.
(3) The grid fluctuation is plus or minus 10%.
(4) The relative humidity shall not exceed 85%.
(5) There is a place that is protected from rain, snow, and no steam.
The operation of each mechanism of the LD electric single-girder eot crane is controlled by the ground control button box.
(1) The crane adopts a centralized control method for overload protection, voltage loss, zero point, safety, and limit protection of the crane’s AC motor. It works with the main controller to control the operation of each motor and provides power, control and lighting circuit power. The electronic control box is equipped with full contactors, fuses, AC contactors and time relays.
(2) Limit and safety switches
Limit switches are installed in the crane operation, trolley operation and lifting mechanisms to prevent each mechanism from moving. When the limit switch is turned off, the corresponding circuit is cut off and the mechanism stops running. When the power turns on twice, the mechanism can only work in the opposite direction to ensure safety.
