• What’s your delivery period?

  Within 10/25/40 days after your prepayment received; exact period should be based on detailed requirements and actual period.

• What’s your MOQ?

  1 Set for crane, electric hoist and electric winch. For mini hoist and manual hoist, the MOQ is 10 set when the lifting tonnage is below 5 tons. Detailed information could be consulted .

• What’s your package?

  Main body in plywood box or in plastic woven cloths. Spare parts is usually packed in plywood boxes.

• What’s your warranty period?

  12 months since your cranes have been accepted.

• Do you have engineers to provide oversea installation service?

  Yes,We have. Detailed information will be offered by consultation.

• What kinds of products do you offer?

  All kinds of lifting equipment and devices including but not limited to Overhead crane, Gantry crane, Jib crane, Industrial electric winch (especially non-standard), Electric Hoist, Screw Hoist; Radial/Flat Gate Hoist, and Steel structure, etc.

• Is it easy for us to buy spare parts in local when they are out of work?

  Yes, it is not a problem. Our main electrical parts is from the world well-known manufacturer such as Siemens or Schneider. It's very easy to buy all the world. But if there is any difficulty, we can deliver to you by express, such as DHL, UPS, FEDEX, Aramex, etc.

• Do you provide lift devices or under hook devices?

  Yes, we can provide any kinds of lift tools and under hook devices such as lift sling belt, lift clamp, grab, magnet , pulley blocks, hook with lock catch, wire rope, fiber rope, etc.

• Could your winches handle loads diagonally?

  Yes, our electric winches could handle loads horizontally, vertically and diagonally.
