The many advantages of single girder cranes make them widely used in various industries, reduce labour intensity, and greatly reduce the difficulty of work. However, due to differences in operation and maintenance, the service life of single-girder cranes will also vary. So how can we prolong the service life of the single girder crane?
If the service life of the single girder cranes can be increased, the capital investment and asset cost of the enterprise can be saved. In order to increase the service life of the single beam crane, we should pay more attention to the following aspects:
Lubricating positions include: rolling bearings, hook rollers, fixed rollers, and other rolling bearings, gear couplings, braking systems and their computer operating systems, reducer gear shafts, and core movable pins of galvanized steel wire ropes. Check the tightening position frequently. If the anchor screws and nuts are loose, it is easy to cause a safety accident that damages the human body. Do immediate maintenance work. It should be ensured that the lifting equipment has sufficient lubrication during work and that it is applied according to the actual operating instructions. Do different maintenance jobs in different seasons.
Single girder cranes, in all application periods, are very likely to have abnormalities, such as galvanized steel wire ropes, rolling bearings, open gear shafts, wheels, brake system friction plates, brake system wheels, electrical equipment, etc. But the maintenance of the single beam crane and the replacement of parts do not mean the end of the service life of the whole lifting equipment.
The key to the safe service life of general single girder crane lifting equipment lies in the working life of steel structure engineering without fatigue cracks. If it has been used for many years, once its structure has obvious fatigue cracks, making the lifting equipment or the car unable to operate normally, all lifting equipment cannot work safely.
