Introduction

Industrial jib cranes are the new light-duty material lifting equipment that improves productivity. It is also known as a cantilever crane, swing jib crane, slewing jib crane, and workstation jib crane. The lifting device of the industrial jib crane is suspended on the arm end or on the lifting trolley that can run along the slewing arm, and the slewing arm can turn but cannot pitch. The electric hoist runs a right and left straight line on the cantilever I-steel. The decelerating device drives the cantilever to turn, which has the characteristics of high efficiency, energy saving, trouble saving, small footprint, easy operation, and maintenance.

Working principle

BZ type floor mounted jib crane

BZ type floor mounted jib crane is composed of a pillar column and cantilever.  It is also known as a column-mounted jib crane, pillar-mounted jib crane, and freestanding jib crane, which is easy to install, has good stability, and is suitable for frequent lifting operations.

BX type wall bracket jib crane

BX type wall bracket jib crane, also known as wall mounted jib crane, is installed on the wall to save space. BB type wall travelling jib crane

BB type wall travelling jib crane is similar as BX type wall mounted jib crane. It is also installed on the wall. However, it has rails and can travel on the wall, and is especially suitable for high-rise buildings, factories and indoor and outdoor vertical and horizontal transport occasions.
