The industrial jib crane is a light-duty crane and a practical light workstation lifting equipment. The column supports and fixes the rotating arm of the cantilever crane. Its upper and lower supports are composed of single-row tapered roller bearings that bear radial force and axial force.
The rotating arm is welded by a combination of I-beam and support. Its function is to realize the horizontal movement of the electric or manual trolley and the up-and-down lifting of the electric hoist and rotate around the column.
The support arm supports the rotating arm and increases the bending resistance and strength of the rotating arm. The reducer drives the roller to realize the electric rotation of the cantilever crane.
The electric hoist lifts heavy objects and moves them horizontally along the rotating arm. Generally, we will choose an electric chain hoist if the client has no special request because the electric chain hoist self-weight is light. But if the client prefers the electric wire rope hoist or the European model electric hoist, we can also customize it accordingly.
The electrical part of industrial jib crane adopts C-rail flat cable power supply system, low-voltage intermediate-controlled safety voltage operation. It is controlled by the flashlight door button, which controls the fast rise, fast drop, slow rise, and slow rise of the chain electric hoist respectively. It can lower and hoist the trolley to travel, and the cantilever crane can rotate left and right. The collector ring in the column provides power supply when the cantilever rotates at any time.
