The wire rope electric hoist is a small lifting equipment. The wire rope electric hoist has the advantages of compact structure, light weight, small size, strong versatility of parts, and convenient operation. Wire rope electric hoist installation is an important step before use.
On the basis of understanding the operating instructions of the wire rope electric hoist, please also pay attention to the following items:
1. Please memorise the contents of the instruction manual and the nameplate before operating.
2. Please adjust the upper and lower limit stop blocks before lifting the object.
3. Please confirm whether the brake condition is reliable before use.
4. If the wire rope of the wire rope hoist is found to have the abnormal conditions (bending, deformation, corrosion, etc) before use, never operate it.
5. The degree of fracture of the wire rope exceeds the specified requirements, and the amount of wear is large.
6. Please use a 500 V megger to check the insulation resistance of the motor and the control box before installation and use. The cold resistance at room temperature should be greater than 5 MΩ before use.
7. Please never use the wire rope electric chain hoist to lift objects that exceed the rated load. The rated load is marked on the nameplate of the lifting hook.
8. It is forbidden to take people on the lifting object, and absolutely do not use the electric hoist as the lifting mechanism of the elevator to carry people.
9. There must be no one under the lifting object.
10. Lifting objects and hooks cannot be lifted in a swinging state.
11. Please move the gourd to the top of the object before lifting, and it is not allowed to hang obliquely.
12. The limiter is not allowed to be used repeatedly as a travel switch.
13. Objects connected to the ground are not allowed to be lifted.
14. Please do not over-jog to operate the electric wire rope hoist.
15. Do not pull other objects forward with the flashlight door wire.
16. Be sure to cut off the power supply before maintenance and inspection.
17. Maintenance and inspection work must be carried out under no-load conditions.18. Before use, please confirm whether the wedge is installed firmly and reliably.
1. Open the box and check whether the accessories are complete: electric sports car, hook, hoist host, fire limit, nails, control box bracket, control box, weight limit, manual.
2. Start the installation. First measure the width of the bottom of the I-beam. Then inject gear oil into the gearbox, the amount of gear oil is indicated on the nameplate of the gearbox. Add exactly as requested.
3. Connect the sports car with the hoist host with nails
Precautions for sports car installation: the main sports car (with motor) is to be installed on the side where the misfire limiter is. Secondly, the inner gasket of the sports car should be consistent everywhere. The inner diameter of the outer edge of the sports car wheel is 2-3 mm larger than the width of the bottom of the I-beam.
4. Install the electric hoist on the I-beam
5. Install the control box
Control box installation process: Fix the electrical bracket on the nails of the sports car, the four holes are where the control box is installed.
6. Install the weight limiter. The installation location is at the bottom left of the control box.
7. Install the sports car motor wire. Connect the three-core cable in the control box to the motor of the sports car, and connect them to the terminals in the motor junction box respectively. The order of colors is not required.
8. Connect the control box to the power cord. Fix the bracket on the sports car board, connect the power cord to the control box through the bracket ring, and connect to the three terminal posts on the far left. After the power line is connected, it can be debugged. During the debugging process, pull the steel wire rope downwards with one hand, and jog up, down, left, and right for debugging. Check whether the up, down, left, and right directions are correct. If the up and down are reversed, adjust the power line wiring sequence.
9. Install the hook
Precautions for hook installation: The steel wire rope needs to be lowered a little more, and in the process of lowering the rope, do not hit the small switch on the fire limiter. The wire rope passes through the weight limiter through the pulley of the hook, and then is fixed in the wire rope fixing hole, and finally clamped with the wire rope.
10. Adjust the weight limiter
The function of the weight limiter: its function is an extreme limit, mainly to prevent the electric hoist hook and the reel from rushing to the top. During the rising process, the hook hits the weight limiter, and the height of the weight limiter can be adjusted by the wire rope to the limit limit of the hook.
11. Adjust the fire limiter
The function of the fire limiter: it is an extreme upper limit and an extreme lower limit, and it can also be said to be an interval limit. The small dial on the limit rod can be adjusted, and it can be adjusted according to your own needs. Use a screw and tighten it.
