An electric cable pulling winch has a strong lifting capacity, easy speed change, and convenient and safe operation. It is a traction equipment often used in lifting operations. It mainly comprises drums, a reducer, a motor, and an electromagnetic brake.
There are many types of electric winches. According to the drum, they are divided into a single cylinder and double cylinder; according to the transmission mode, they are divided into reversible gearbox type and friction type; according to the lifting capacity, they are divided into 0.5t, 1t, 2t, 5t, 10t, 20t, etc.
1. Fixed basis method. Place the electric cable pulling winch on the concrete foundation and fix its base with anchor bolts. This kind of square structure is suitable for long-term use.
2. Balance weight method. Fix it on the square log, set wooden stakes in front to prevent sliding, and apply gravity Q on the back.
3. Ground anchor method. This method is widely used, and the two commonly used ones are horizontal and vertical.
1. Before use, check the oil volume of the reduction box and the lubricating oil condition of each part, and turn the transmission system by hand to check whether the parts are flexible, especially whether the braking device is sensitive and reliable.
2. A rainproof shed should be installed for the electric cable pulling winch to prevent the electrical part from becoming damaged due to moisture.
3. Operators must be trained and certified to work.
4. The diameter of the drum of the electric cable pulling winch should match the diameter of the selected wire rope. Usually, the diameter of the drum should be 16 to 25 times the diameter of the wire rope; when lifting, the number of remaining turns of the wire rope on the drum should be no less than 3 turns.
5. It is strictly prohibited to overload the electric cable pulling winch to prevent personal and mechanical accidents.
6. When multiple electric cable pulling winches are used to hoist equipment, the traction speed and lifting capacity of each winch should be the same, and unified command, unified action, and synchronous operation should be achieved; if necessary, a dedicated person should be assigned to monitor.
7. After using up the electric cable pulling winch, cut off the power supply, push the controller to the zero position, use the safety brake to automatically brake, and relax the running rope.
8. When the electric cable pulling winch is not used for a long time, regular maintenance and repair work must be done. Its contents include: measuring motor insulation resistance, disassembling and cleaning inspection parts, replacing lubricating oil, etc.
9. When multiple jacks lift the same object at the same time, there must be a dedicated person to provide unified command, and the movements must be consistent and rise and fall at the same time to ensure the stability and safety of the heavy objects and prevent toppling accidents caused by lack of coordination and synchronization.
10. After use, the jack should be stored in a dry, dust-free place. It should not be placed in a humid place, let alone exposed to the sun or rain.
