The installation steps of single-pole sliding contact line are as follows:
To install the trolley line, first familiarize yourself with the overview and structural characteristics of all cranes, and then set the workshop length according to the on-site power input point before installation. The installation procedures and requirements are listed below, taking the single-pole trolley line as an example:
1. Install the sliding contact line bracket, and install the angle steel bracket on the track beam at the specified spacing using welding or expansion bolts. The erection of the bracket is the key to the installation quality of the trolley line. It is an important link to ensure the smoothness and usability of the trolley line. The flatness of the bracket along the entire line must be ensured. The angle steel must have the same extension size. The angle steel must be parallel and not skewed. The plane of the angle steel with the rectangular hole should be in a horizontal plane, and the square hole should be on a line. Generally, steel wires can be used for leveling and alignment. The distance between the two supports of the light sliding contact line is <1.5m.
2. Install the lifting rack on the angle steel bracket. Do not tighten the nut at this time until the sliding contact line is installed and adjusted before tightening.
3. Install the sliding contact wire connector sheath. Put the sliding contact wire into the bayonet of the lifting rack and clamp it (the lifting clip of the heavy-duty wire has been installed on the wire). After the sliding contact line is installed, level it and tighten the nut of the hanger. Install the connector into the other end of the first set of wires, and install the second set of sliding contact wires in the same way. Connect the two sliding contact wires with connectors, install the connector sheath, level, and tighten the safety sliding contact wire. Install all sliding contact wires accordingly. Note that the joint should be smooth, and the gap should be <0.5 mm.
4. Install the power input section. Install the power input section according to the designed power supply method, be sure to tighten it, and then install the protective cover.
5. Install the sheath fixing clip. Install the fixing clips according to the design plan, two-on-one-line.
6. Install the end sheath. Install end sleeves at both ends of the sliding contact line, or install them in advance before hanging. The entire trolley line should be carefully inspected after installation. The trolley lines should be straight and the spacing should be consistent. The trolley lines should be parallel to the crane rails with a deviation of ≤5 mm. The suspension should be tightened, and the joints should be smooth.
7. Install the current collector and its bracket. After the sliding conductor is installed, the current collector can be installed. The distance between the center line of the collector bracket and the low plane of the lower sheath of the sliding conductor must be H=155mm, that is, when the collector contact shoe is placed in the ︿-shaped groove of the sliding conductor, The collector linkage must be level. M base must be installed horizontally and parallel to the sliding contact line. The tip of the ︿-shaped groove of the sliding contact line must be in the same vertical plane as the vertical center line of the current collector.
Connect the cables of the current collector to the cables of the electrical equipment. Note that before wiring, check whether the insulation requirements of the motor meet the requirements according to the routine. If any abnormality is found, it should be repaired or replaced.
8. Connect the power supply. Connect the power cord firmly to the power input section and tighten it tightly.
Test drive. It should be tested first without load and run back and forth for several times. If there is any abnormality, it should be stopped immediately, cut off the power supply, check and eliminate the fault.
