• Before getting on the gantry crane, check whether the track of the rubber tyred crane is normal, whether it has fallen, whether the bolts are loose, whether there are too many obstacles on the track, and whether the iron hoof needs to be fixed in advance.
• The power supply voltage of the rubber tyred gantry crane should be controlled above 320v to achieve an appropriate range of change, but the size should not exceed 20%. In addition, the operation of the switch should be controlled before power transmission. If there is leakage in the metal structure, the circuit problem needs to be solved immediately. After entering the operating room, turn off the working power supply in time, otherwise, if leakage is found, the impact will be great.
• Before operating the rubber tyred gantry crane, it is necessary to have a start signal and be able to whistle or indicate by hand. Look early for relevant limiters and brakes. If something goes wrong, the signal should be announced in time. When the crane turns, the manipulator should be placed in the zero position in time. After the motor does not work, it needs to change direction immediately. The operation should be as smooth as possible. Do not stop or start suddenly. Starting or stopping requires a signal, and the surrounding operators must be able to understand the signal in time and respond in time. The on-site operation of large-scale equipment requires the coordination of various departments, otherwise safety accidents are easy to occur.

With the continuous development, the application of gantry cranes is becoming more and more extensive, and the types are increasing.
